The Monitoring Center installs high quality, reliable alarm systems designed to meet the specific needs and preferences of each of our customers. We offer four comprehensive packages, from two of the industry's leading manufacturers Honeywell and DSC. You can take comfort in the knowledge that both manufacturers TMC supports are fully compatible with any other service provider. In addition, each package is fully expandable, so you can add components and redesign the system to meet your unique security needs. Our experienced representatives can help create the best system for you by recommending additional components, including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and remote control key fobs. Whichever package you choose, or whether you want us to customize your system, you will have peace of mind knowing that in addition to the manufacturer's standard warranty, TMC offers a one-year parts and labor limited warranty on any systems/parts we install.
With the Release of the Lynx Touch Wireless alarm system comes the ability for the alarm panel to connect to your home WiFi. This WiFi eliminates the previous requirement of a home phone line. The Lynx Touch Alarm System with the added WiFi module connects to your WiFi just like any other WiFi device. The WiFi module uses the internet to relay the alarm system information to our monitoring facility. Alarm Monitoring over WiFi is a recommended solution to those with VOIP phone service because it creates a stable platform for the alarm to communicate to our monitoring facility.
Alarm monitoring over WiFi is offered by TMC at the monthly rate of only $17.99 ($9.99 for alarm monitoring and $8.00 For WiFi service)

Cell BackUp(GSM)
Cell Back-Up monitoring is usually used as a backup to regular phone monitoring. (Line-cut technology).
In the event of an alarm, your alarm system will try to send the alarm signal through your regular phone line. If the alarm panel does not detect a dial tone, it will automatically switch to the cellular back-up unit. This cell back-up unit will make a "cell phone call" to the cellular network which then forwards the signal directly to our central monitoring facility.
At TMC you purchase your GSM (Cellular Back Up) unit outright for $199.00(Honeywell) $299(DSC) + applicable taxes and retain 100% ownership of your "universal" equipment.
Due to the use of the cellular network's involvement in relaying your alarm signal...cellular back-up monitoring is an additional $10.00/month

CO Detector
Carbon Monoxide Detectors Provide early warning when its electrochemical sensing technology measures carbon monoxide levels in the air.

Carbon monoxide (CO) is an odorless, colorless, tasteless and highly toxic gas that is produced when fuels such as wood, gasoline, charcoal and oil are burned with insufficient air. The majority of residential and commercial fatalities caused from these fuels come from heating systems, engine powered tools and charcoal grills. Carbon monoxide is harmful when inhaled because it displaces oxygen in the blood and deprives the heart, brain and other vital organs of oxygen. Large amounts of CO can overcome a person in minutes without warning-causing them to lose consciousness and suffocate.

Over Head Door/Outdoor Contact
Robust Over Head Door Contact is weatherproof, water-resistant and provides excellent detection and performance in extreme temperatures. These contacts operate from -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to +66°C). This durable contact can be used to protect gates, sheds, detached garages or any other outdoor area with an exit/entry point.

DSL Filter
DSL Filters are used to filter out DSL(internet over phone line) static with alarm communications over a land line. DSL Filters are Recommended to be installed on any alarm panel using a landline containing DSL

Glass Break
A Glass Break Detector offers uncompromised performance and unmatched false alarm immunity. Glass Break Detectors can be mounted on any wall or ceiling within a 25' range, with no minimum range limitation. Glass Break Detectors serve very useful for interior protection on a site where the presence of pets make the usage make Motion Detectors impossible.

Heat Detector
Fixed heat and rate-of-rise temperature sensors offer expanded fire detection. This detector combines rate-of-rise and fixed temperature sensors. Fires typically cause a rapid rise in temperature in the surrounding area. The rate-of-rise thermostat senses the rise in temperature and signals an alarm if the increase is 15° or more per minute. A built-in fixed temperature sensor will also signal an alarm if the environmental temperature rises above 135°F.

Wireless Keyfobs feature sleek, compact design with an LED light confirming that the transmission has been sent. It also features recessed keys which help reduce false alarms. Keyfobs are used to arm, disarm as well as signal an emergency 24 hours a day all from one single portable device

Keypad Fixed LCD
Fixed LCD Keypads are simple to use. The attractive white console blends perfectly with any décor and features a contoured, removable door that conceals soft-touch illuminated keys. The fixed LCD Keypad also features a large backlit fixed glass display. The oversized function keys are easily accessed even when the keypad door is closed and can be programmed for fire, burglary, personal emergencies or other operations.

Harsh Environment Motion
The Harsh Environment Motion consists of two passive infrared (PIR) sensors that must both be tripped to declare an alarm, this providing immunity to false alarm sources, such as pets and other small animals. These sensors can be adjusted to alter the detection range.

Video Cameras
The Above Cameras are available to be added alongside of any existing alarm system. The Cameras come in 3 different models ranging from an indoor camera; outdoor camera, and an indoor pan and tilt camera. A wireless access point must be installed and direct connected to an onsite router or internet access point.
These cameras can be installed with any Vista P alarm panel or Lynx Touch system allowing for remote security control of the alarm system integrated with the ability to view the remote video cameras all from the same device or online interface.
Cameras can also be installed on their own without the need of any type of home security system. This would allow the viewing of up to 6 cameras with email or text notifications and video clips of events.
